Welcome to our Online Booking System where you now have full access to view our Rates and Availability. Proceed to enter and submit a reservation (request). By submitting your "Request", you agree to allow your credit card to be charged for one (1) night's deposit upon receipt of such "Request" and adherence to our "Terms and Conditions" and most importantly to our "Cancellation Policy", both of which can be seen below and will be emailed to you upon confirming your reservation. Once submitted and your Credit Card has been approved/charged for one (1) night's deposit, the hotel will email you a Reservation Confirmation Letter within 24 hours. If there are any issues with your "Request" and the Hotel is unable to generate your confirmation, a reservation agent will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss. If you don't receive your reservation Confirmation Letter within 24 hours, please feel free to call the hotel, as without such letter (Confirmation Number), you request is not guaranteed.
Terms and Conditions -
- Advance deposit required for first nights stay.
- Cancellation policy, 72 hours weekdays, 7 days weekend, 14 day holidays and special event weekends. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded provided your request is communicated to the hotel prior to the cancel policy terms, less a$35.00 (plus tax) processing fee. If you can not comply with the cancel terms and conditions you will be responsible for the full amount and charged to your account. In the event that you do not show for your reservation, the full amount will be charged.
- No refunds given on early departures.
- Rates are based on two person occupancy there will be an additional fee of $20.00 each for third and fourth party guests. Four is the maximum number of guests per suite. Children under the age of ten are no charge.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Please be aware that you must receive a confirmation number from Mill Creek to have a valid reservation.
- Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM on your day of departure. There will be an additional fee imposed for early check-in and late check-out.
- Age requirement is 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
- This is a non-smoking Hotel, a $200.00 charge will be enforced for violation.
- We do not allow pets.
- We do not allow boat or trailer parking.
- On sold out dates, we allow free underground garage parking for one vehicle per suite.
- We are not responsible for any items left behind after your departure.
- Promotions and gift certificates must be communicated when making your reservation. Promotions and gift certificates may not apply to holiday or special events weekends or peak season months May thru September.
