What are the Guest Check In and Check Out Times?

Guests may check in at 4:00 PM and customary check out time is 11:00 AM, late check outs may be available for an additional fee of $100/hour from 11am. Late check outs are rarely available for any Friday night stay and never between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Guests may request their parking pass anytime after 11:00 AM, on their day of arrival.

Reservation Cancelations?

Guests who cancel 2 weeks or more before 6:00 PM CST and you’ll get a full refund. Times are based on property’s local time

Guests who cancel less than 2 weeks before 6:00 PM CST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount, and prepayments will not be returned.

There will be No Exceptions under any circumstances with our cancellation policy.

We are unable to give refunds for early departures. Please keep in mind, The Mill Creek Hotel is located in downtown Lake Geneva. Our location, at times, is subject to outside noise from the community and events, the neighboring post office and other downtown establishments. The Mill Creek Hotel will not assume responsibility for any outside disturbance beyond our control. No refunds or discounts will be offered at any time in regard to this matter.

Do You Allow Pets?

We do not accept any pets or emotional support animals. Service dogs are welcome.

Is there a Resort Fee?

No, we do not charge a resort fee.

Is there a Minimum Stay Requirement?

Minimum stay requirements may apply at select times. Never hesitate to call directly, whether early or late in the process. We can often accommodate your requests or put you on our waiting list, which often works out. Peak holiday weekends are quite often fully booked, up to four weeks in advance, so never delay if a particular date is critical to your plans.

Can I Add Another Person to My Reservation?

If it is an add on during the call in, $55/adult.

Are there any Different Rates for Children?

16 years old and over are charged as an adult

Where is The Mill Creek Hotel Located?

We are located in downtown Lake Geneva, WI at 123 Center St within walking distance to all shops, beach and restaurants.

Does The Mill Creek hotel Have a Pool?

We have an indoor pool and hot tub available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Every Suite also has a generous two person Jacuzzi tub in their bathroom.

Do You Offer Breakfast?

Breakfast is available in our Breakfast room from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. each morning. Our selections include typical breakfast choices: hot eggs, meat, potato as well as breakfast bars, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, toast and yogurt. Beverages include coffee, tea and orange juice. Our tables are social distanced. Guests are welcome to return to their Suites with breakfast or sit on one of our decks to enjoy their morning meal.

Do You Sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates all year round. Gift certificates can be purchased directly from our website or by calling 262-248-6647.

Do You Offer Corporate Rates?

Yes, we have corporate rates all year round. Please call the hotel for details.

Do You Have a Restaurant On Site?

We do not have an onsite restaurant. We are within easy walking distance to at least 15 dining choices in downtown Lake Geneva. Our reservation staff is always happy to share their current dining recommendations.

What Comes with The Romance Package?

Our romance package is $250 and generally requires that we be provided three days notice to ensure it can be properly executed. Some Romance Package examples can be seen in the images of our Suites. Further information will be provided upon request if you’re interested. Romance packages requested with less than three days notice simply can not be guaranteed.

Do You have any Two Bedroom Suites?

All 33 suites have 1 private bedroom with a queen or king size bed as well as a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All suites have a max capacity of 4 persons.
